Freshuelva, as the manager of this website, publishes this document for users in order to comply with the obligations detailed in Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LISSEC) and hereby informs all users of the website of its conditions of use.

This website has been developed to provide users with information about several Freshuelva services and products that mainly aim to offer solutions and information about producing and commercialising products related to the strawberry.

Accessing the website implies that the user fully accepts and understands these general conditions of use. The user agrees that he or she will not use the website or the services provided herein for any unlawful activity and shall at all times respect these general conditions of use.
